David Kilgour is a distinguished former Parliamentarian, first elected in 1979, and former Deputy Speaker in the Canadian House of Commons. He is a graduate of the Universities of Manitoba and Toronto, and has done additional graduate work at the University of Paris. David wrote the introductory essay in Christians in the Public Square and the introduction to Lord Denning’s book The Influence of Religion on Law.
